In 2011, Kyungsub Shin has photographed  Temple Grandin's ranch, feed yard, and slaughter plant located in Colorado, USA,

with the permission of Grandin Livestock Handling Systems, Inc. Their systems, designed to improve the welfare of the livestock

as well as providing methods of humane slaughter, is widely supported and followed.

This collection of photographs has been exhibited at the 4th Gwangju Design Biennale, South Korea, 2011.
